Alcohol To Go - Update for TX Restaurants

For all my restauranteurs regarding the impending signing of the Alcohol To Go bill...see below:

The TABC industry notice that came out this week (see below). If you are using alcohol to-go now, please make sure that you have the two permits you’ll need to continue this option once Governor Abbott signs the new law into effect. Some of these permit requirements were temporarily waived because of COVID-19, but with our bill becoming law, that waiver will soon expire. The governor only has a certain number of days that he can hold the bill before signing, so we are working as fast as we can with TABC to ensure restaurants that need an additional permit can obtain it quickly.
