If your business is mostly through its commercial lease term & you realize that you'll need to expand after a business operations & sales forecast review, start making plans early to consider your space options. At a minimum give yourself atleast 9 months prior to your lease expiration if you occupy space under 10k SF and 12-24 months for space over 10K SF.
